May 2006 to May 2018, passed ISO9001 version 2000/2008/2015 issued by Xingyuan Certification Centre (XQCC)

Jan. 2007 to May 2018, passed ISO14001 version 2004/2015 issued by Xingyuan Certification Centre (XQCC)

Jul. 2008, Export trade company established titled “Luoyang Ridangwu Comercial Trading Co., Ltd.”

Apr. 2010 Class A of Labor Security honored by Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security of Yanshi, Luoyang, China

May 2010, new production buildings (northern area) finished and are in production. 95% of facilities are CNC processing machines.

May 2011, become the enterprise member of Library Society of China

2011 to 2019, filing cabinet/bookshelf/mobile shelving tested by “China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment”

2011 to 2017, passed OHSAS18001:2007 issued by Xingyuan Certification Centre (XQCC)

Mar. 2012, “Luoyang Ridangwu Comercial Trading Co., Ltd.” was changed for “Luoyang Forward Office Furniture Co., Ltd.”

Till 2016, our products were exported to over 50 countries, throughout Asia, Australia, America, West Europe, North Africa.

Dec.2012 / Dec.2015, “Henan Famous Brand” honored by Bureau of Administration for Industry and Commerce of Henan Province China

A lot of our furniture is shipped flat packed to make it easier to deliver. This means there is often an element of self-assembly when your order arrives. While all of our furniture comes with instructions, but we also have a series of assembly instructions and videos, available online to make putting together your order as easy as possible.

Space planning is an essential part of the modern day office and a carefully considered design can tremendously improve the practicality and aesthetics of any space. We use a dedicated, space planning department to offer solutions, whether it is, space planning, workplace design, or maximising your workspace.

From the initial enquiry, our team of experienced surveyors can detail an office space to ensure the accuracy of any office plan. Our space planning department aim to fulfil the planning requirements of all our customers by creating or suggesting designs and floor plans to suit the needs of the space. Using the latest technology, from 2D CAD plans to 3D renders, we can design your new working environment to make it work for you.

Hongguang CAD design team also means that we can offer a complete project management package, including space planning and layout, delivery scheduling and assembly instructions.

We firmly believe that a project does not end at the point of delivery and installation, our after sales service team are trained to offer ongoing training, support and assistance with any issues that may arise.

We will go the extra mile to ensure each project is completed successfully, on time and to budget. But our dedicated after sales team are on hand to deal with every eventuality that could occur after installation, from repairs, replacement of goods to the despatch of spare parts.
